As a novice yogi (and even more novice handstand-er) and a solid introvert, I felt I was taking a big chance when I signed up to go to the Yoga Adventure Retreat in Leavenworth, WA. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made all year and certainly the best decision I’ve made in the category of self-care since I had my first child 12 years ago. I arrived feeling overwhelmed, over-stimulated, all-around exhausted, and honestly, a bit disinterested in making new friends. I left feeling recharged and enormously grateful for the nearly twenty amazing new friends made during my time there. The days were packed with amazing yoga, ridiculously good (and healthy!) food, breathtaking hikes, and unforgettable companionship. Holly and her crew are some of the friendliest, and most approachable and grounded people, I’ve ever met...I can’t wait to book my next retreat with these ladies:)

We present a balanced and well rounded asana experience. Creative vinyasa includes attention to alignment, anatomy and a focus on the mind body connection. Workshops delve deeper into more advanced elements of the practice such as arm balances and inversions. Restorative and myofascial release balance not only our daily practice but also our daily adventures.

Being immersed in the wild is one of the best ways to bring out the innate wonder and child like excitement in ourselves. So often we find ourselves stuck in our own little worlds, going through life with blinders on. Exploring the wilderness and being completely surrounded by epic natural wonders has the power to make us feel like both a small drop of water and the entire ocean at the same time. Here we find balance as we take away experiences of a lifetime and give awareness and appreciation for our planet and all it has to offer.

Food should be both fuel and flavor. Eating is both necessary and an experience that awakens all senses. We enjoy meals after movement and exploration nourishing our bodies while being inspired by our surroundings. There is nothing quite as fulfilling as a delicious and powerful meal after a day of utilizing the body and mind. We choose to source from as local and organic ingredients as possible.

We believe that growing our community teaches us to embrace our differences and uncover our connections. You may come alone with your own reasons and on your own accord, however you will leave with new friendships. Sharing unique experiences with others makes us into the keepers of treasured memories. As inevitably time will pass, these moments can stay present forever with the simple words, “remember when?”

Join us for yoga and adventure from mountain to sea. PNW to Hawaii. Forests to tropics.
